Stewed Pork and King Oyster Mushrooms with Balsamic Vinegar
- 150 grams Thinly sliced pork
- 1/2 Onion
- 3 King oyster mushrooms
- 1/2 clove Garlic, chopped
- 1/2 Red chilli pepper (sliced)
- 1 tbsp and 1 tablespoon White wine
- 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- 100 ml Water
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tsp and 1 teaspoon Olive oil
- 1 Salt, pepper
- Cut the pork into bite sized pieces and sprinkle with salt, pepper and 1 tablespoon of white wine.
- Chop the onion and quarter the king oyster mushrooms horizontally.
- Heat 1 teaspoon of olive oil in a frying pan and fry the pork.
- When the colour has changed, take out the pork.
- Clean the frying pan and add 1 teaspoon of olive oil, garlic and red chilli.
- Heat the pan and add the onion to fry until softened.
- Add 1 tablespoon of white wine and the ingredients into 3 and bring to a simmer.
- Put a lid on and simmer over a low heat for 5minutes.
- Add the ingredients and king oyster mushrooms and mix well.
- Reduce the sauce by about 1/4 over medium heat.
- Season with pepper.
- Taste and add some more salt if necessary.
