Grilled Pizza
- 1 pound Pizza Dough
- 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Pizza Sauce
- Leftover Grilled Chicken
- Leftover Brisket
- 1 whole Yellow Bell Pepper, Sliced
- 1 carton (8 Oz. Size) Mushrooms, Sliced
- 8 ounces, weight Ball Of Mozzarella, Sliced
- Prepare your grill, making sure that its at a medium temperature.
- Roll out or hand stretch the pizza dough so that dough is about an inch thick (or whatever thickness you likethicker crust for a more deep dish feel, thinner crust for thin-crust style).
- Place dough on the grill for 7 minutes (or until grill marks are visible).
- Flip dough over and spread pizza sauce over the grilled crust.
- Top with meats, veggies, and cheese.
- Let pizza continue to grill until crust is cooked and cheese is melted (about 5 7 minutes).
- Remove from the grill, cut into slices and eat up!
