Fettuccine Alfredo With Grilled Chicken
- 12 cup butter
- 8 ounces light cream cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup half-and-half
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 18 teaspoon black pepper
- 23 cup fresh parmesan cheese, Grated
- 1 lb fettuccine, prepapred as directed
- 1 12 lbs chicken breasts
- Clean and cut chicken into strips, grill for about 4-5 minutes on each side.
- Prepare Fettucine noodles as directed.
- Meanwhile, melt butter in a medium saucepan.
- Add cream cheese once butter is melted.
- once the cream cheese is softened, add the heavy cream and half and half.
- Season with garlic powder, salt and black pepper.
- Simmer on low for about 15 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat, and stir in parmesan.
- Serve over hot fettucine noodles.
