Sam's scotch eggs

  1. Place eggs in pan of boiling water and cook for 8 mins
  2. Prepare seasoned flour, eggs and flour on separate plates
  3. Prepare sausage meat and mix in herbs, garlic and onion powder
  4. Once eggs are cooked, peel the eggs, leave to cool for 5 mins
  5. Heat oil and make a pate of sausage, place egg in centre and wrap round the sausage meat,
  6. Place the wraped egg in the flour, then egg and finally breadcrumb
  7. Place in batches into oil and cook for 5 mins or until golden brown
