Lobster Fritters Recipe
- 1 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 2 Large eggs
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1 tbsp. melted vegetable shortening
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 pound lobster from tails, cut in chunks
- Sift dry ingredients together.
- Add in beaten Large eggs, lowfat milk and shortening.
- Stir together and add in the lobster meat.
- Fry in deep fat (365 degrees) for 4-5 min.
- Serve with green salad or possibly avocado, grapefruit and lettuce.
