Hummus & Vegetable Pita Toasts

  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Brush cut sides of bread rounds evenly with oil.
  3. Place, in single layer, on baking sheet.
  4. Broil 1 min.
  5. or until lightly browned.
  6. Spread evenly with hummus; sprinkle with vegetables and olives.
  7. Cut each pita bread round into 4 wedges to serve.
