Gluten Mock Beef Steak

  1. Divide raw gluten into 4 to 6 pieces.
  2. Pound with a meat mallet into steak sized pieces.
  3. Combine all remaining ingredients in a pot.
  4. Add gluten steak.
  5. Place pot on medium heat for 50 minutes.
  6. Cook, uncovered, without boiling.
  7. The steaks can be served immediately or fried on both sides in oil.
