Tami's Peppermint Bark
- 1 packages semi sweet chocolate chips, good quality, melted over double boiler
- 1 packages white baking chips, good quality, melted over double boiler
- 1 packages peppermint candies, smashed to pieces
- Line large baking sheet with parchment paper
- Pour semi sweet chocolate on to parchment, spread into a even layer.
- Place in freezer for 5 minutes.
- Remove from freezer, pour melted white chips on top, spread into a thin layer, sprinkle crushed peppermint candy all over top, refreeze for 10 minutes, break into pieces.
- Enjoy!
