Great Aunt Virgina's Mid-Morning/Brunch Souffle

  1. De-crust and cube bread.
  2. Place cubes in to a 7 1/2 X 11 3/4 baking dish.
  3. Combine mild, eggs, cheese and seasoning in blender or food processor.
  4. Blend until cheese is grated.
  5. Pour over bread cubes making sure that all cubes are moistened and let stand in the refrigerator overnight.
  6. Then next morning, bake at 325 for 1 hour.
