Chicken Broccoli Bake

  1. Prepare stuffing mix according to directions.
  2. Mix mayonnaise, milk, sour cream, soup, cream cheese and salt until smooth.
  3. Stir in chicken.
  4. Add beaten eggs; set aside.
  5. Cook broccoli 5 minutes; set aside.
  6. Bring 1 1/2 cups water to a boil, add rice; cover tightly and simmer 10 minutes.
  7. Pour stuffing mix into 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
  8. Drain rice, rinse and pour over stuffing.
  9. Drizzle with melted butter.
  10. Add layer of broccoli.
  11. Pour mayonnaise mixture over top.
  12. Sprinkle with crushed cereal.
  13. Bake at 375u0b0 for 30 minutes.
  14. Great dish for company.
  15. This also can be done up ahead and refrigerated until ready to bake.
  16. Bake 15 minutes longer if you do refrigerate.
