Chinese-Style Pork Skewers With Asian Greens

  1. Thread pork equally among skewers.
  2. Sprinkle with five-spice.
  3. Preheat a chargrill plate on high heat.
  4. Lightly spray skewers with oil.
  5. Cook for 3 minutes each side or until pork is just cooked through.
  6. Meanwhile, heat a wok over medium-high heat.
  7. Lightly spray with oil.
  8. Add onion and garlic.
  9. Stir-fry for 1 minute.
  10. Add stock, oyster sauce and bok choy.
  11. Stir-fry for 3 minutes or until just wilted.
  12. Remove from heat.
  13. Add snow peas and toss to combine.
  14. Divide between plates.
  15. Serve with pork skewers.
