Chicken & Cauliflower Salad for a Crowd

  1. Cook cauliflower in saucepan of boiling water 6 min.
  2. or until tender; drain.
  3. Rinse with cold water until cooled; drain well.
  4. Place in large bowl.
  5. Add all remaining ingredients except parsley; mix lightly.
  6. Sprinkle with parsley.
