Hot Reuben Dip
- 8 ounces, weight (1 Block) Cream Cheese, Softened
- 1 cup Corned Beef, Chopped
- 1 cup Swiss Cheese, Grated
- 1 can (about 15 Oz.) Sauerkraut, Rinsed And Drained Well
- 1/4 cups Thousand Island Dressing
- 1 clove Garlic, Minced
- 1 loaf Cocktail Rye Bread
- Combine all the ingredients, except the bread.
- Heat in an appetizer-sized crock pot for 2-3 hours, until heated thoroughly.
- You can also put it into an oven-safe crock-type dish and heat in a 350-degree oven.
- Serve with the cocktail rye bread.
