Bologna Recipe

  1. To 25 pounds fresh meat add in 1 lb.
  2. tender quick; grind twice.
  3. Let set 24 hrs.
  4. To 2 qts water add in remaining ingredients.
  5. Mix and add in all together to meat and grind again.
  6. Mix well; put in cans and process as any other meat (may add in some pork if desired).
