Sam's Easy Bake Apple Pie Recipe

• 6 c. sliced, pared tart apples (I use golden brown apples)
• 1 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
• 3/4 c. lowfat milk
• 2 tbsp. softened butter
• 2 Large eggs
• 1 c. sugar
• 1/2 c. Bisquick mix
• Streusel (recipe below)

1. Mix apples and cinnamon.
2. Spread in a greased pie plate (10 x 1 1/2 inch).
3. Beat next 5 ingredients for 1 minute with hand mixer.
4. Pour over apples.
5. Sprinkle with streusel.
6. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven till knife inserted in center comes out clear, 55 to 65 min.
7. Streusel: Mix 1 c. Bisquick mix, 1/2 c. minced nuts, 1/3 c. packed brown sugar, and 3 Tbsp.
8. hard butter till crumbly.
