Marinade For Steak Recipe

• 2 tbsp. lemon juice
• 2 tbsp. soy sauce
• 1 tbsp. honey
• 1 tbsp. sugar
• 1 tbsp. meat tenderizer

1. Pierce the meat in several places and brush on marinade.
2. Let it stand from 30 min to overnight - this is excellent on flank steak.
