Low Fat Chocolate Chunk Cookies

  1. In a large bowl, combine the white and brown sugar, the corn syrup and butter.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Add the egg whites, along with the vanilla extract.
  4. Beat for two minutes, or until well blended.
  5. In another bowl, combine the flour, baking soda and salt.
  6. Add to the sugar mixture, stirring until well combined.
  7. Add the rolled oats and chips.
  8. Stir well, mixture will be thick.
  9. Using a tablespoon to measure, roll bough into balls, and place on greased cookies sheet.
  10. Flatten slightly.
  11. Bake for 7-8 minutes.
