The Ultimate Burger
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 onions, thinly sliced (about 2 cups) King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1 lb. lean ground beef King Sooper's 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- 1 Tbsp. LEA & PERRINS Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 4 KRAFT Big Slice Sharp Cheddar Cheese Slices
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. A.1. Original Sauce
- 4 pretzel sandwich rolls (2-1/2 inch), split
- Heat grill to medium-high heat.
- Heat oil in large skillet on medium-low heat.
- Add onions; cook 10 to 15 min.
- or until golden brown, stirring frequently.
- Meanwhile, mix meat, Worcestershire sauce and dry seasonings just until blended; shape into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.
- Make indentation in center of each patty with your thumb.
- Grill 5 min.
- on each side or until done (160 degrees F), topping with cheese for the last 2 min.
- Mix mayo and A.1.
- until blended; spread onto bottom halves of rolls.
- Fill rolls with burgers and onions.
