Easy to make herbed bread loaf

  1. Take warm water, add sugar and sprinkle dry yeast over it.
  2. Cover it and keep it aside for 10 minutes or until frothy.
  3. Combine flour, herbs, salt, garlic and chilly paste.
  4. Add yeast mixture and mix well.
  5. Knead to an elastic and sticky dough.
  6. Take a large bowl and put the dough in and coat it with oil all over.
  7. Cover the bowl with a cling wrap.
  8. Prove it for 3 hours.
  9. After the dough has doubled up, put it in a loaf tin.
  10. Spread thin roundels of capsicum, tomato, onion and olives for topping
  11. Bake in a preheated oven at 430F/210C for 12-15 minutes or until crust is golden.
