Indian Pudding

  1. Bring milk just to boil in medium saucepan.
  2. Gradually stir in cereal; cook 2 to 3 minutes or until thickened, stirring constantly.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
  5. Pour into 1-1/2-quart baking dish.
  6. Bake at 350F for 30 to 35 minutes or until center is set.
