Arkansas Goulash Recipe
- 1 lb Grnd beef
- 1 pkt (8-oz) spaghetti
- 1 can Tomato soup
- 1 lb Cheese
- 1 med Green pepper
- 1 med Onion
- 1 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- Brown grnd beef.
- Chop onion and green pepper.
- Mix onion and pepper with beef.
- Cook until onion and pepper are soft.
- Cook and drain spaghetti.
- Combine with beef mix.
- Add in tomato soup and one can water or possibly lowfat milk.
- Cube cheese.
- Add in salt and pepper; mix well.
- Bake at 350 40 min.
