Fruit Smoothie
- Note to parents: Never leave a child unattended in the kitchen. These recipes are appropriate for children of various ages, 4 to 10. When a recipe calls for cooking on the stove, or using a paring knife, an adult should do those activities and let the child assist, if age appropriate.
- 1 banana
- 2 cups peach yogurt
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 cup orange juice
- Blender
- 4 glasses
- Peel and wrap the banana tightly in plastic wrap.
- Put it in the freezer for 2 hours.
- Place the yogurt, strawberries, banana, and orange juice in the jar of a blender.
- Puree until smooth and frothy.
- Serve.
