Taco cornbread bake
- 2 lb cooked taco meat
- 1 15.5 oz can beans (your choice)
- 1/2 cup corn
- 1 12 oz can enchilada sauce
- 1/4 cup dried chopped onion
- 2 tbsp cilantro
- 1 green onion stalk
- 2 boxes cornbread mix
- 1 whatever toppings you like on tacos
- 1 1/2 cup grated cheese
- 1 ingredients for corn bread mix
- Preheat oven to 350
- In a bowl mix taco meat, enchilada sauce, garlic powder, dried chopped onions, cilantro, beans and corn
- In another bowl follow cornbread instructions, add sliced green onion and pepper
- Put meat mixture in a 13x9 baking dish top with grated cheese then cover with cornbread mix
- Bake 40 mins
- Let cool 10 mins before serving
- Put toppings on and enjoy.
