Fluffy Microwaved Omurice

  1. Wrap a plate with plastic wrap.
  2. The plate in the picture is kind of deep, but half that size is good, too.
  3. It's okay if it's not entirely smooth and stretched.
  4. Mix together the egg and milk and pour onto the top of the plastic wrap.
  5. Be careful not to spill while you bring it to the microwave!
  6. Cook in the microwave at 600W for 1 minute.
  7. Cover the chicken rice with the egg, pressing through the plastic wrap to shape it.
  8. If you want to make for two or more people, peel and gently scrape the egg off of the plastic.
