Pre workout meal.
- 1 tbsp flaxseed
- 1 tbsp chia seed
- 2 tbsp cinnamon
- 2 big spoons of sweet potato heat it up a bit then mix in flax, chia and cinnamon.
- Cinnamon can be more I use a lot it is a great metabolism booster.
- finally add in your berries, handful blueberries, 5 raspberries, 5 blackberries, 8 almonds.
