Pre workout meal.

  1. 2 big spoons of sweet potato heat it up a bit then mix in flax, chia and cinnamon.
  2. Cinnamon can be more I use a lot it is a great metabolism booster.
  3. finally add in your berries, handful blueberries, 5 raspberries, 5 blackberries, 8 almonds.
