Pasta With Lobster (For 2)

  1. 1) Saute chopped onion, carrot and celery in the butter.
  2. 2) Deglaze with the wine then add the lobster stock.
  3. 3) Cook for a few minutes than add the tomatoes and sauce.
  4. 4) Add the lobster claws and simmer for about an hour or more.
  5. 5) Cut the lobster tail in half lengthwise.
  6. Then cut into 1/2 inch portions.
  7. 6) Cook the pasta.
  8. 7) Strain the sauce.
  9. Add the cut up lobster tail and the pasta to the sauce.
  10. Serve.
