Brown Rice Salad

  1. Cook brown rice and leave aside when done.
  2. Roast the sunflower seeds in pre-heated, 180 degrees C oven for 5-10 minutes.
  3. Chop the spring onions and capsicum and finely chop the parsley.
  4. Then place all the salad ingredients into a bowl and combine.
  5. For the dressing, combine oil, soya sauce, lemon juice and garlic and pour over salad.
  6. Give it a stir, then serve.
