Ambrosia Parfait Recipe

  1. Beat pudding mix and lowfat milk with wire whisk, 1 to 2 min.
  2. Fold in 1/2 c. of the marshmallows, bananas and pineapple with the juice.
  3. Spoon some of mix into glasses.
  4. Add in a layer each of the remaining ingredients, including the remaining1/2 c. marshmallows.
  5. Alternate with layers of pudding.
  6. Chill.
  7. serves 6
