Crock Pot Pork Chops Recipe

  1. Brown pork chops lightly.
  2. Salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Prepare stuffing as directed on box.
  4. Mix the 2 cans of soup together with 1 can of water.
  5. Cut potatoes in half.
  6. Pour some soup mix in the bottom of your crock pot.
  7. Place a few spoonfuls of stuffing on top of soup mix.
  8. Then place 2 pork chops on top of stuffing.
  9. Add in a few potatoes and some onions and then pour some soup mix over the pork chops.
  10. Continue in this order till all ingredients are used.
  11. Turn on low and let cook 5 to 6 hrs.
  12. Serve with vegetables and rolls.
