Shel's Tuna Salad
- 10 ounces solid white tuna (pouch) or 12 ounces solid white tuna (can)
- 1 small onion, minced
- 1 12 stalks celery, minced
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- 1 teaspoon tarragon
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 14 teaspoon celery seed
- 14 teaspoon black pepper
- 12 lime, juice of (or lemon)
- 14 teaspoon sugar
- black pepper
- sea salt
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- Drain the tuna.
- Place the tuna into a bowl and flake it with a fork.
- Mix in the rest of the ingredients.
- Use slightly more mayonnaise & lemon juice for the canned tuna.
