Mom's Swedish Meatballs Recipe

  1. Mix all meatball ingredients except Crisco into 30 meatballs.
  2. Brown in melted Crisco and remove.
  3. Brown flour in fat from meat.
  4. Gradually stir in water and bouillon cubes.
  5. Stir till smooth and thick.
  6. Add in meatballs into sauce.
  7. Cover and simmer 1/2 hour.
  8. Serve with cooked rice or possibly egg noodles.
  9. Serves 4.
