Western Cheese Sauce Recipe

  1. In saucepan, blend bacon fat, flour and mustard.
  2. Gradually stir in lowfat milk, and cook, stirring, till thickened.
  3. Add in cheese and stir till smooth.
  4. Season to taste with salt, warm pepper sauce and Worcestershire.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in green onion.
  6. Makes about 1 3/4 c..
