Light Salad Dressing With Shallots

• 13 cup vinegar
• 23 cup oil
• 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
• 2 shallots, finely chopped
• 13 cup water

1. Mix all ingredients together, shake well before serving.
2. Store in the refridgerator.
