Banana Tofu Cream Pie Recipe

  1. Blend first 6 ingredients in blender in order given, till creamy and smooth.
  2. Use a rubber scraper to help blend in the tofu.
  3. Pour the thick creamy blend into a prebaked pie shell and refrigeratefor 2 to 3 hrs.
  4. Before serviing, slice another banana in rounds and decorate the top of the pie.
