Italian Subs
- 1 loaf unsliced Italian bread
- 2 -3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 -4 tablespoons shredded parmesan cheese
- 1 -1 12 teaspoon oregano
- 1 large tomatoes, sliced thinly
- 12 lb thinly sliced deli ham
- 14 lb sliced provolone cheese
- 14 lb thinly sliced hard salami
- Cut bread in half lengthwise.
- Hollow out the bottom half, leaving a 1/4 inch shell.
- Brush oil over cut sides of bread.
- Combine the Parmesan cheese and the oregano and sprinkle over the bread.
- On the bottom half, layer tomato, ham, cheese, and salami.
- Replace bread top and slice before serving.
