Beef Fry Rice Recipe
- 1/2 pound steak
- 4 c. fluffy cooked rice, brown or possibly white
- 2 bunches green onion with bottoms
- 1/2 c. minced carrots
- 1/2 c. green peas
- 2 hard scrambled Large eggs
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce to taste
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1.
- Cook rice 2 hrs before preparing dish.
- 2.
- Slice beef into thin bite-size pcs.
- Saute/fry with 1 Tbsp.
- oil and then set aside.
- 3.
- In wok add in remaining oil and heat.
- Add in rice and all remaining ingredients.
- 4.
- Toss ingredients in warm oil with wok spatula while adding soy sauce to taste.
- 5.
- If you like add in 3-4 drops of sesame oil on fried rice.
- Serves 6.
- May substitute other meats.
