Hearty and Flavorful Vegetables

  1. Cut the potatoes into pieces that are a bit larger than bite size.
  2. Divide the broccoli and cauliflower into small florets.
  3. Slice the carrot into 1 cm.
  4. Put the ingredients in a saucepan and heat.
  5. Deep fry the potatos and parboil the other vegetables.
  6. They should still be quite hard, about 80% done (less than a minute?)
  7. Put all the vegetables except for the potatoes into the sauce from step 2 and simmer until done.
  8. There isn't much sauce so shake the pan as you cook.
  9. When the vegetables are done, add butter and the deep fried potatoes.
  10. Mix it all together and it's done!
