Hearty and Flavorful Vegetables
- 1 large Potato
- 1/2 head Broccoli
- 1/2 head Cauliflower
- 1 Carrot
- 400 ml Water
- 2 Soup stock cubes
- 1/3 Soy sauce
- 15 grams Butter
- Cut the potatoes into pieces that are a bit larger than bite size.
- Divide the broccoli and cauliflower into small florets.
- Slice the carrot into 1 cm.
- Put the ingredients in a saucepan and heat.
- Deep fry the potatos and parboil the other vegetables.
- They should still be quite hard, about 80% done (less than a minute?)
- Put all the vegetables except for the potatoes into the sauce from step 2 and simmer until done.
- There isn't much sauce so shake the pan as you cook.
- When the vegetables are done, add butter and the deep fried potatoes.
- Mix it all together and it's done!
