Hawthorne Rhubarb Cake
- 34 cup margarine
- 12 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups flour
- 12 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 12 cups rhubarb, chopped
- 12 cup sugar
- 12 cup chopped nuts
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Combine all batter ingredients and pour into a 13 x 9 pan.
- Sprinkle topping ingredients over batter and bake at 350*F for 40 minutes.
