Easy Pasta Salad
- 2 boxes (12 Oz. Box) Tri-color Rotini Pasta
- 1 head Small Head Broccoli
- 1 whole Cucumber
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes
- 1 can (6 Oz. Can) Pitted Black Olives
- 4 ounces, fluid Colby Jack Cheese
- 1- 1/2 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- 2 cups Kraft Creamy Caesar Dressing
- Start by boiling a big pot of water.
- When its boiling, add the pasta and cook according to package directions.
- While cooking the spiral noodles, its time to chop some veggies!
- I start with chopping the broccoli into bite size pieces.
- Throw into a big bowl, as we are going to be adding a lot to the bowl.
- Peel and chop cucumber into small dice and add to your bowl.
- Halve the cherry tomatoes and add to the bowl.
- Halve the black olives and add to the bowl.
- Cube the colby jack cheese and add to the bowl.
- Add the parmesan cheese.
- Once pasta is cooked al dente, rinse with cold water.
- You want the pasta to be cool before tossing into the bowl with veggies.
- Once all combined, add the Caesar dressing.
- I usually use half a bottle.
- But you can add as much or little as you need.
- This is perfect for hot Arizona summer nights.
- You can add or take away ingredients.
- I have played around with different versions of this throughout the years.
- Sometimes I add red onions, shredded salami.
- Play around with it.
- Hope you enjoy this as much as my family does!
