Nega Maluca Cake
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cup self-rasing flour
- 1 cup caster sugar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup warm water
- 1 cup chocolate powder
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 4 tbsp milk
- 1/2 cup chocolate powder
- 1 cup caster sugar
- 1 tbsp butter
- Whisk egg whites and leave it on the side.
- In a bowl, mix yolk, sugar, vegetable oil, chocolate powder and half of the warm water.
- Add half of the flour, and mix.
- Add the rest of water, and then the rest of the flour.
- Add baking powder and finally the egg whites.
- Grase a cake tin with butter end flour.
- Put the dough in and bake it for 40 minutes in medium temperature.
- 350F (180C)
- After the cake is baked start making the frosting
- Add all ingredients in a pan and cook it until it becomes creamy.
- Decorate the cake and serve.
