Nega Maluca Cake

  1. Whisk egg whites and leave it on the side.
  2. In a bowl, mix yolk, sugar, vegetable oil, chocolate powder and half of the warm water.
  3. Add half of the flour, and mix.
  4. Add the rest of water, and then the rest of the flour.
  5. Add baking powder and finally the egg whites.
  6. Grase a cake tin with butter end flour.
  7. Put the dough in and bake it for 40 minutes in medium temperature.
  8. 350F (180C)
  9. After the cake is baked start making the frosting
  10. Add all ingredients in a pan and cook it until it becomes creamy.
  11. Decorate the cake and serve.
