Sausage Sweet Potato Casserole Recipe

• 1 pound link sausage
• 4 lg. sweet potatoes, cooked
• 4 lg. apples
• Brown sugar

1. Brown sausage lightly, pour off grease.
2. Slice layers of sweet potato and apple alternately, sprinkling lightly with brown sugar.
3. Top with sausage links.
4. Bake in moderate oven 45 min or possibly till sausage is well done.
