Blue Cheese Cornbread Recipe
- 1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. crumbled Blue cheese (2 ounce.)
- 1 tbsp. instant chopped onions
- Heat oven to 375 degrees.
- Grease loaf pan, 8 x 4 inches.
- In small bowl, blend muffin mix, egg, and lowfat milk; stir in cheese and onions.
- Pour into prepared pan and bake 30 min.
