Plum Worcestershire sauce

  1. round off ingredients
  2. Boil all ingredients till stones leave fruit.
  3. Strain ingredients.
  4. Reboil for 1 hour
  5. Leave to cool
  6. Bottle when cool
  7. Makes approximately 5 Quarts
