Poinsettia

• 1/4 cup lemon-flavored vodka
• 1/2 cup cranberry juice
• Splash of Champagne

1. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine vodka and cranberry juice.
2. Cover and shake vigorously.
3. Strain into a martini glass and top with generous splashes of Champagne.
