Balsamic & Honey-glazed Grilled Chicken Breast
- 1/2 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/2 Tablespoons Honey
- 1/2 teaspoons Minced Garlic
- 18 teaspoons Onion Powder
- 18 teaspoons Paprika
- 5 ounces, weight Raw Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast
- Fresh Ground Pepper
- 1/4 teaspoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 cup Spring Mix
- 3 whole Strawberries, Hulled And Sliced
- 38 ounces, weight Walnuts
- Combine balsamic, honey, garlic, onion powder and paprika in a small bowl.
- Wash and dry te chicken breast and season with fresh ground pepper.
- Place chicken in a zip-lock bag and pour all but 1 teaspoon of the marinade into the bag.
- Set the 1 teaspoon of marinade aside to baste with later.
- Allow chicken to marinate in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
- Pre-heat grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove chicken from the bag and place it onto the hot grill.
- Grill chicken for about 8 minutes on each side or until cooked through, depending on chicken breast thickness.
- Serve chicken with spring mix, strawberries and walnuts.
