Balsamic & Honey-glazed Grilled Chicken Breast

  1. Combine balsamic, honey, garlic, onion powder and paprika in a small bowl.
  2. Wash and dry te chicken breast and season with fresh ground pepper.
  3. Place chicken in a zip-lock bag and pour all but 1 teaspoon of the marinade into the bag.
  4. Set the 1 teaspoon of marinade aside to baste with later.
  5. Allow chicken to marinate in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
  6. Pre-heat grill to medium-high heat.
  7. Remove chicken from the bag and place it onto the hot grill.
  8. Grill chicken for about 8 minutes on each side or until cooked through, depending on chicken breast thickness.
  9. Serve chicken with spring mix, strawberries and walnuts.
