Avocado Bacon Swiss Cheese Omelet

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients and beat well.
  2. Pour into well-oiled omelet pan and cook over medium heat until puffy.
  3. Add avocado, cheese, and crumbled bacon.
  4. Serve either open-faced or folded over.
