Great Grandma's Turkey Stuffing Recipe

  1. Fry bacon (drain off 1/2 of drippings if extra fatty).
  2. Add in celery, onions and seasonings to taste.
  3. Saute/fry till onions are clear.
  4. In large bowl, mix together package of stuffing, 1 egg and lowfat milk.
  5. Stir in bacon/onion/celery mix.
  6. Stuff into turkey (not too tight).
  7. Bake remainder in glass casserole dish, 1 hour covered.
  8. Remove to brown top if you like about 20 min before serving.
  9. (Dot with butter for a brown crust.)
