Hot Fudge Sauce

• 2 pkg. (4 oz. each) BAKER'S Unsweetened Chocolate, broken into pieces
• 1/4 cup butter or margarine
• 2 cups sugar
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1/2 cup whipping cream
• 1 tsp. vanilla

1. Microwave chocolate and butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min.
2. or until butter is melted.
3. Stir until chocolate is completely melted.
4. Add sugar, milk and cream; stir until well blended.
5. Microwave 5 min.
6. or until sauce is thickened and sugar is completely dissolved, stirring after 3 min.
7. Stir in vanilla.
8. Serve immediately.
