Beef Steak With Black Garlic Sauce

  1. Lightly season one side of the steak with salt and coarsely ground black pepper.
  2. Heat the oil and butter in a frying pan and cook the steak as desired.
  3. Once cooked, remove from the pan.
  4. Roughly chop the black garlic and thinly slice the onion.
  5. Use the remaining oil from cooking the steak to saute the onion.
  6. Once the onion is brown and fragrant,
  7. Add the flour and continue to saute until no longer powdery and no lumps remain.
  8. Add the black garlic sauce ingredients and mix.
  9. Lightly simmer for about a minute to finish.
  10. Transfer to a plate and serve with your desired side dishes.
