Beef Steak With Black Garlic Sauce
- 1 or 2 slices Beef steak
- 1 dash of each Salt, coarsely ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp each Butter, oil
- 10 clove Black garlic
- 1/2 Onion
- 1 tsp Flour
- 100 ml Water
- 2 tbsp each Ketchup, sake
- 1 tbsp each Honey, soy sauce
- 1 dash Coarsely ground black pepper
- 1 dash Macaroni salad
- 1 dash Baby leaves
- 1 dash Snap peas boiled in salt water
- Lightly season one side of the steak with salt and coarsely ground black pepper.
- Heat the oil and butter in a frying pan and cook the steak as desired.
- Once cooked, remove from the pan.
- Roughly chop the black garlic and thinly slice the onion.
- Use the remaining oil from cooking the steak to saute the onion.
- Once the onion is brown and fragrant,
- Add the flour and continue to saute until no longer powdery and no lumps remain.
- Add the black garlic sauce ingredients and mix.
- Lightly simmer for about a minute to finish.
- Transfer to a plate and serve with your desired side dishes.
