Baked Ranch Chicken
- 2 whole Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 1/2 cups Ranch Dressing - You Can Use Reduced Fat
- 1/2 cups Breadcrumbs
- 1 Tablespoon Dried Parsley
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- Preheat oven to 350 F and prepare a baking dish with non-stick spray.
- Gently dry the chicken by dabbing it with paper towels.
- This will help the ranch dressing stick to the chicken.
- Lightly salt and pepper the chicken.
- Pour ranch dressing into a bowl.
- Prepare a second bowl with breadcrumbs mixed with parsley, onion powder and garlic powder.
- First dip chicken breasts into the ranch dressing and then dredge the chicken through the breadcrumb mixture.
- Shake off extra breadcrumbs.
- Place chicken in baking dish in a single layer and bake for 30 minutes or until golden.
